Meditations and Breathing Techniques
I invite you to this weekly gathering over the course of five Saturdays.
Each Saturday, I will share a different meditation, which will be recorded and sent to you for your personal practice.
We will practice meditations with the following characteristics:

Active meditation, in which we first engage the body, voice, or breath to quiet the mind and more easily rest in silence. Some methods are slightly cathartic, helping to release tension and repressed emotions.

Breathing techniques and gentle, repetitive movements to address anxiety, stress, and intrusive thoughts.
These methods come from Hindu, Taoist, Tibetan cosmology, and the Fourth Way of Gurdjieff.
